Privacy policy
What we collect
When you submit the form on our site, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, and — if you choose to share them — your email, business name, what you're trying to accomplish, a rough budget, the kind of help you think you need, and how you'd like to be contacted. That's it — no tracking pixels, no ad cookies, no cross-site profiles.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and see which parts of the site people use. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other sites. What we see is aggregate numbers — "40 people visited the services section this week" — never an identified person. If you never submit the form, we don't know who you are.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request: texting, calling or emailing you back, talking through your project, and sending you a written plan if you ask for one. We don't use your information for anything else.
What we never do
- Sell your information, to anyone, ever.
- Add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
- Keep texting after you reply STOP — opt-outs are honored immediately.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the consent box on our form, or if you call or text our business number first, you agree to receive text messages from J4 DIGITAL related to your request — such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The phone number you give us is used only to contact you about your own request.
Who else touches the data
A few service providers process it on our behalf: our hosting provider (Vercel) serves this website, runs the form, and provides the cookieless analytics described above; our database provider (Supabase) stores submissions securely; and our messaging provider (Twilio) delivers the text messages you agree to receive. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes, and none receives your mobile opt-in consent for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Until your request is resolved, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you become a client, the agreement you sign describes how project information is handled.
Your rights
California residents can ask what information we hold about them and ask us to delete it. Use the form on our homepage, or reply to any message we've sent you, and we'll handle it within 30 days.
